These terms explain how booking works with Morocco Open Road. Please read them before confirming a trip.

Booking requests

Sending a booking form or a WhatsApp message is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your trip is confirmed once we have confirmed availability, the final price and the itinerary with you in writing (WhatsApp or email).

Prices

Prices shown on the website are “from” prices per person for a private trip and may vary with the season, the number of travellers, accommodation choices and the date. The final price is the one confirmed in writing.

Payment & cancellation

Payment terms, any deposit and cancellation conditions are explained and confirmed in writing for each trip before you commit.

During the trip

Itineraries may be adjusted for safety, weather or road conditions. Your driver-guide will always discuss changes with you.
